Questions about how we work.

How long does onboarding take? +
Onboarding typically takes 3–5 business days. We'll send you a short onboarding questionnaire, schedule your strategy call, and get everything we need to start building your campaign. The faster you complete the questionnaire and join the strategy call, the faster we launch.
What do I actually need to do once we start? +
Very little — that's the point. You'll review and approve copy before launch (usually takes 30 minutes), provide calendar access for booking, and join a monthly strategy call. Outside of that, we handle everything. You just show up to the meetings we book.
How many emails will you send on my behalf? +
Volume depends on your ICP size and campaign goals. Most campaigns send between 2,000 and 6,000 emails per month across multiple sending domains. We ramp up gradually to protect deliverability — never blasting at full volume from day one.
What happens if results are slow in the first month? +
The first two to three weeks are largely setup and warm-up. If replies are slower than expected in week three or four, we immediately run diagnosis — reviewing deliverability scores, open rates, and copy performance. We adjust subject lines, messaging angles, and targeting before escalating any concerns. Slow starts are sometimes normal; what matters is how quickly we adapt.
Can I see what emails you're sending on my behalf? +
Absolutely. You approve all sequences before they go live, and you have full visibility into the campaign dashboard at all times. We also send weekly reports showing exactly what was sent, who replied, and what meetings were booked. There are no surprises.
Do you work with companies outside of the UK or India? +
Yes. We work with B2B companies globally. Our campaigns have targeted prospects across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. Timezone differences are factored into sending schedules to maximise open and reply rates in your target market.
