Refund Policy

At SimplyOutbound.io, we are committed to delivering measurable results for our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

Our commitment: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if we fail to launch your campaign within the agreed timeline after onboarding. Outside of this, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

1. 30-Day Launch Guarantee

If SimplyOutbound.io fails to have your outreach campaign live and operational within 30 days of your onboarding date — through no fault of your own — you are entitled to a full refund of your first month's payment.

This guarantee applies when:

  • You have completed the onboarding questionnaire and provided all required information promptly
  • You have approved the proposed ICP, messaging, and campaign strategy
  • The delay is caused solely by SimplyOutbound.io and not by factors outside our control

2. Service Delivery and Results

Because our services involve ongoing outreach campaigns with inherently variable results depending on market conditions, your offer, and target audience, we are unable to offer refunds based on the number of meetings booked or pipeline generated unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Outreach results can be influenced by factors including but not limited to:

  • The strength and clarity of your offer
  • The size and accessibility of your target market
  • Seasonal variations in prospect responsiveness
  • Changes to email platform policies
  • Your responsiveness during the campaign

3. Cancellation Policy

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to hello@simplyoutbound.io.

Upon cancellation:

  • All active campaigns will be wound down within the notice period
  • Any fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable
  • You retain ownership of all prospect lists and campaign assets created specifically for your account

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Onboarding fees (if applicable)
  • Payments for months where campaigns were active and running
  • Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (data purchases, tool subscriptions, etc.)
  • Payments for services already delivered in full

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@simplyoutbound.io. We will investigate promptly and work with you to resolve any legitimate billing errors.

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@simplyoutbound.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name and company name
  • The date of payment
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
